Due to the perishable nature of our organic, cold-pressed juices, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we are committed to making it right. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement for any quality concerns.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately check your Suja Organic products for any signs of damage, leakage, or missing items.

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team process your claim efficiently.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- 4.Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement order at no additional cost.
