How are the products shipped and do they need to be refrigerated?
Yes, our juices are perishable and must be refrigerated. We ship our orders in insulated coolers with ice packs to ensure they arrive at your door at the correct temperature.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer support within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Absolutely. All Suja bottles are made from 100% BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic. We encourage our customers to recycle their bottles to help minimize our environmental impact.
